Deposits to your account can be made several different and convenient ways:

ONLINE CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD DEPOSIT

Use your MastercardŽ or VisaŽ credit or debit card to deposit funds to your wagering account.

BY MAIL CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS

If you wish to deposit funds to your account, complete a deposit slip and mail it with your check or money order (DO NOT SEND CASH) to:

Checks and money order deposits may be made by mail or in person at any Nassau OTB branch, the Race Palace or Customer Service. ONSITE CASH DEPOSITS

Cash or voucher deposits can be made at the self-service at any Nassau OTB branch, Fast Track location, or the Race Palace. To make a cash or cash voucher deposit at a self service terminal:

  1. Insert and remove your account card.
  2. Enter your PIN number.
  3. Deposit your cash voucher (or, if using a cash accepting machine, insert cash).
  4. Select the "deposit" button on the screen.
  5. When directed, insert your account card to confirm the transaction.
  6. Your new balance will be immediately posted to your account. Verify your balance.
  7. Begin wagering or select FINISH.
  8. You will be issued a receipt for your deposit.

Cash deposits can also be made at teller terminals at any Nassau OTB branch, or the Race Palace.

ONSITE CHECK AND MONEY ORDER DEPOSITS

Checks and money order deposits may be made by mail or in person at any Nassau OTB branch or, the Race Palace.Funds will be deposited to the wagering account on the next bank day. Checks and Money Orders accepted in the branches will be sent overnight to Customer Service for deposit. RETURNED CHECKS: Checks returned due to insufficient funds shall result in the account being locked until the deposit is covered. Please make sure to have enough funds available to cover each transaction, as your check will be deposited immediately. Nassau OTB reserves the right to utilize your personal account wagering funds to cover unpaid checks at its own discretion. Return check fees may apply.

BY TELEPHONE OTBPay ACH TRANSFERS

ACH deposits from your bank account can be made by calling OTBPay.

Call 866-LOAD-OTB (866-562-3682). Press 3 to register by phone and make your first transfer.

Your funds will be available in your wagering account within a few minutes.

Availability of Funds:

There is no hold on funds.

Fees:

$1.00 to $100 $4.50
$100 to $300 4.5%
$301 to $1,000 6.5%

Limits:

The limit for a new customer's first transaction is $100. Once your first ACH clears in 3 banking days, your limit is increased to $300. After additional transactions with OTBPay, your limit is increased to $1000. The limit is the maximum amount that is outstanding (i.e. has not yet cleared the banking network).

There is a limit of 2 deposits per day per customer.

Hours:

OTBPay is available Monday & Tuesday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Wednesday thru Sunday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Return Fees and Actions:

If an OTBPay ACH transaction is returned for any reason, the wagering account will be locked until the returned ACH is paid in full including the return fee of $50.00. Customers can pay with a credit/debit card at which time their wagering account and OTBPay privileges are reinstated immediately.

OTBPay is separate from Deposit Now ACH and any other funding method offered on nassauotb.com

Cash Call CREDIT CARD DEPOSITS

Once you have established your Nassau OTB wagering account for at least 90 days, you are eligible to use Cash Call. Cash Call allows you to make deposits to your Nassau OTB Permanent Wagering account using your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. Within minutes after authorization is verified, your Cash Call deposit will be credited to your account. The amount of your deposit and the service fee will appear on your next credit card statement. You must use your own credit card. No 2-party transactions are allowed.

Service charges will be assessed when you use Cash Call:

There is a $500 dollar limit on the amount you may deposit in your account using Cash Call during any 24-hour period. However, the limit is extended to $1,000 on the Kentucky Derby, Preakness, Belmont Stakes, Travers and Breeder's Cup Days. (Special occasion fee) $501 - $1,000 $32.50 Under new Federal Regulations, when requesting a Cash Call transaction you will be required to provide a Driver's License (or State ID number) and Date of Birth.
